How can we make payment for your services ?
We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.
You are also welcome to make your payment online. Cancellation and deposit terms can be found in our Companies Terms and Conditions.
Where is the caravan storage, and is it under cover ?
Our caravan storage facilities are located at our Britannia Wharf site, on Marine Parade.
We are currently unable to offer under cover storage, but the location has a high level of security and is surrounded by tall fences, 24 hour monitored security cameras and security lighting for your peace of mind.
Does the Taxi/Airport division operate 24 hours ?
Yes, this operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from our Britannia Wharf head office in Southampton. The Out of Hours’ number is 07850 347476.
What is the procedure for making a complaint ?
We pride ourselves on the high service standards that we set for both our operation staff and the professional drivers who work within our company, however there are occasions when we can get it wrong.
Please phone a member of our operations staff on 02380 736823 who will endeavour to deal with your complaint. If after this you feel that your complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily, you can take your complaint to the Group General Manager Mr Nick Plowright in writing at the above address.
